All of you know us, so we’ll write this as a refresher! Julie is from St. Louis, Gerry is from Upton, Wirral, England, and Jack was born in Miami. Julie and Gerry met in 1996 at Cunard Line in New York. Julie was in PR, Gerry was in Marine Ops. He thought she was a pain. How sad! In 1997, Julie left the New York office and went to work on board Royal Viking Sun as the editor of the daily program. One day, Gerry showed up to work on the bridge. He was there a short time and they didn’t socialize. In fact, Gerry doesn’t remember Julie being there! Again, very sad. In 1998, Cunard moved to Miami and Gerry left the sea once again to go work in the office. Julie came to Miami in 2000 to work in the office as well, and they became casual friends. Through the launch of QM2 they worked closely together and became better friends. Gerry became single, and in March 2004 they began to date. From there, well, you know the rest. New house, incredible wedding, Julie becomes a step-mom to two fabulous boys (Michael and Jonathan,) Ella (our beloved doggie) and then Jack – the most amazing baby ever. A lot can happen in three years!
